Treasury Dept says ‘no deal’ for Fannie

Citing a loss too great for taxpayers, the US Treasury Department blocked Fannie Mae’s nearly $3 billion sale of unused low-income housing tax credits to Goldman Sachs Group and Berkshire Hathaway.
